I have already registered for SRI2020. How can I get reimbursed?

All registrations will be refunded by April 30, 2020.

I have an accepted session for SRI2020. Do I need to submit a new session proposal?

No. All accepted sessions, unless withdrawn by the session organizers, will be automatically rolled into SRI2021. We will reach out to you later in the year asking you to confirm your session. For now, no action is needed.

How do I update/modify my session for the SRI2021 program?

Following confirmation that you will hold your session in 2021, we will offer you the opportunity to update or modify your session (including speakers) until the SRI2021 program will be finalized in the first half of 2021. We will inform you about the new deadlines.

I have submitted a talk to a popcorn session. What is the process going forward?

Due to the postponement of SRI2020, we will unfortunately not be able to review the submissions at this time. However, more opportunities will be announced towards the end of the year, including a call for additional session proposals.

I have submitted a demonstration session. What is the process going forward?

I have submitted a bid to host SRI2021. Is it still being considered?

If you have submitted a bid to host SRI2021 you will receive direct communication from us. We are no longer accepting new hosting applications.
